When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I started to seriously consider measures to prevent allergic symptoms.
The whole family decided to review their eating habits, and by focusing on the BIO (organic) diet they learned about in Europe and a diet that was free of gluten and white sugar, my mother's symptoms gradually improved and her smile returned.
Through this experience, I became deeply interested in organic food culture and wanted to provide products that would help many people with similar physical problems to make fundamental improvements and regain their vitality. I then decided to start a business to realize this dream.

Food tech product planning and development
After starting the company, we were selected for the Sagan Beauty & Healthcare Global Accelerator 2023, and are now working with researchers to develop food tech products that combine organic food, fermentation, and autophagy theory.
Additionally, in order to create environmentally friendly products, the company has adopted initiatives such as using sake lees and soy pulp to reduce food waste.
